Week 6 Summary

Accomplishments this week:

  • 4 runs (including a 20 minute jog the day before the race) totaling 25 miles
  • 2 XT workout - Rockport walk test and cycling
  • Probably no strength training. Oops again.
On the plus side, I did PR although running a terrible race.
